Obama's Humility, A Symbol of America's Best Traditions

From Tim Blair - The Daily Telegraph blogs:

Humble candidate Barack Obama—He bows to nobody in his understanding of this world!piles on the modesty:

'I have become a symbol of the possibility of America returning to our best traditions."
Obama met with House Democrats on Capitol Hill yesterday where "according to a witness, he told the House members, 'This is the moment . . . that the world is waiting for,' adding: 'I have become a symbol of the possibility of America returning to our best traditions'." - Source Dana Milbank - Washington Post. Milbank adds, "As he marches toward Inauguration Day (Election Day is but a milestone on that path), Obama's biggest challenger may not be Republican John McCain but rather his own hubris."
